UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
In 2006, ZPM, in the face of unfamiliarity with U.S.operating habits and the U.S.industry standards, with firm determination and unremitting efforts, invited domestic and foreign well-known experts to provide on-site guidance, and completed China's first export of Mud System to the U.S. Parker Drilling Company and the U.S. Lariat Drilling Company. This is a milestone for ZPM to go to the international market.
OMAN
In 2007, relying on independent innovation, ZPM made a major breakthrough in the Middle East market and successfully delivered China’s first exported rig fixed control equipment to Oman. To meet Omani oilfields’ stringent technical standards and complex working conditions, the company formed a special technical team to tackle difficulties throughout design, R&D, and manufacturing. With fully matched technical standards and product performance exceeding customer expectations, ZPM pioneered China’s entry into the Middle East high-end petroleum equipment market.
EGYPT
In 2008, driven by its internationalization strategy, ZPM completed production and delivery of China’s first exported drilling rig fixed control equipment to Egypt. Amid Egypt’s complex geology and high-temperature, dusty oilfield environment, ZPM conducted in-depth technical exchanges with local partners to optimize equipment design and fully adapt to on-site operating conditions. The equipment passed acceptance with outstanding performance and gained high recognition from the Egyptian National Petroleum Company.
RUSSIA
In 2008, facing Siberia’s -60°C extreme cold and harsh conditions, ZPM formed a dedicated team and carried out nine field investigations locally. By engaging with on-site drilling personnel, the team pinpointed equipment operational pain points in ultra-low temperatures. Innovative customized solutions were developed to guarantee stable operation under extreme cold, with mud treatment efficiency reaching international advanced standards.
Highly impressed by the equipment’s reliability and efficiency, Eurasian Drilling Company placed repeat orders. From 2008 to 2009, 11 sets of ultra-low temperature rig solid control systems were delivered, cementing ZPM’s leading edge in solid control system R&D and manufacturing.
